English Language Challenges

I think that English classes at the University are more dynamic and I learn with a better way; one year ago, write more than a phrase in English was impossible for me. When I was in the secondary, I had classes two times per week, but I believe that I didn’t learn anything. My classmates and I were in a lesson for an hour and a half and I would say that we lost one hour every week, the rest was a grammar review with contents that we were seeing six years ago. In summary, even with online classes, I learned over this language much more this year than many years in the secondary.

Talking about the blogs, I like the idea, because we can express our opinions over different topics and write about things that we enjoy. Also, I like that we participate in the class and this don’t be like a monologue, although I’m a little nervous when I have to talk.

I really consider that I don’t applicate the English talking in my daily life. I hear it everyday in a lot of songs, YouTube videos and a Netflix series, or I could read it in social medias or some articles, nevertheless, I never need to talk in this idiom. I would love to travel to another country and test all I learn. However, I feel that I need to practice the listening much more; that part is very important but is difficult for me yet, especially the British accent.

I’ve thought to go to an English institute for consolidate my learnings, with more reason if I want to visit many places around the world.
